We hope to promote the comprehensive communication and cooperation among the countries and regional higher education institutes along the Silk Road Economic Zone and the 21st century Maritime Silk Route, especially our cooperation with the Republic of Kazakhstan, thus exploring the new elite cultivation system of transnational training and transnational elites flow, training high-quality elites with international views and serving the economic societies of countries and regions along the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st century Maritime Silk Route.

Considering the long history and strong foundation of cooperation between our two universities, Prof. Kulsariyeva Aktolkyn expressed the hope that they would like to deepen our cooperation moving forward by broadening the base of cooperation.

After in-depth exchanges of views and discussion between the delegation and our department heads, the two universities signed joint education agreements furthering cooperation in multiple directions. The delegation then paid an on-site visit to our School of Industrial Design, the School of Art and Design, the laboratories in the Faculty of Light Industry, and the Hubei Collaborative Innovation Center of Efficient Utilization of Solar Energy.

These new agreements expand the cooperation our two universities have enjoyed since 2013. The cooperation between the two universities will reach a deeper level in elite cultivation, teacher exchanges, scientific research, academic exchanges, etc.  It is also a landmark for the joint education of the two universities.
